In case you do not have a PayPal account it is possible to make a payment through money transfer to our bank account – please contact us for our Bank account information.
We will ship your product within 3 working days after payment is cleared, unless the product has to be custom-made, in which case we will ship the item in around 2-3 weeks time, or as communicated, in accordance with production time. (Wholesale quantities might take longer, please contact us for more information).
For estimated delivery times, please see below. From our experience most items arrive between 2-4 weeks from the day we ship them.
Silver tends to oxidize overtime. Store your jewelry in a zip-lock bag, in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
Silver should not touch other pieces that could scratch or otherwise damage the silver surface. It can be cleaned with soap or toothpaste and a soft cloth.
Make sure not to put silver on chemically treated surfaces, including wooden counter tops as the chemicals will speed up the process of tarnishing on silver.
By confirming the order the buyer confirms that he is familiar with our business, delivery and payment terms and accepts them.

Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time from the day the product is ready to be shipped:
USA and Canada : 2-4 weeks
Australia : 1-3 weeks
Europe and the UK : 14-28 days
All other locations : 1-5 weeks
From our experience, in most cases it takes around 10-20 days.
For international shipping, On-time delivery is not guaranteed due to random Custom checks. We are sorry that we cannot be held responsible should your package be delayed or lost for any reason while in transit. Contact us for faster/safer shipping options. We cannot be responsible for any damages that happen during transit. At the request, all shipments can be insured.
Delay during Christmas and New Year period is highly likely, please take that into consideration if you are buying for Christmas gifts.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you do not like the item, please contact us within three days of receiving it. Returned items must be sent to us by registered mail with a tracking number, in their original condition and with original packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the item (*minus the original shipping fee) once we have received the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any border charges incurs by an item being returned will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
**SIZING (for rings): If you are not sure about the size of your ring, we strongly recommend not using the measure of string, paper strips and so on, as these methods are very inaccurate. The best method is to visit a jeweler shop and ask the specialist to measure your fingers. You can also send us sample ring that fit you well and it will serve as a template. If we make an error and send you the wrong size, we’ll promptly create a new ring in the correct size and cover any postage both ways.
